Neurodivergent-Led Certified Training

ND Coaching Academy: Learn to work with neurodivergent brains… not against them.

This is not a surface-level ADHD goal and life coaching program.

This is not productivity repackaged as “mindset.”

And this is not a pipeline that turns coaches into coaches-who-train-coaches.

NeuroCoaching Academy exists for practitioners who want to do this work ethically, practically, and responsibly.

We train coaches, therapists, teachers, social workers, college students and support staff to work with autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults and children through executive dysfunction, overwhelm, burnout, identity, relationships, health, work, and life.

All while understanding where coaching ends and clinical care must begin.

Who This Program Is For

  • Coaches who want to specialize in neurodivergent support

  • Therapists who never received training in holistic Neurodivergence and who understand there is an intersection of coaching and therapy they need to incorporate into their practices.

  • Educators, Social Workers, advocates, and lived-experience practitioners

  • Neurodivergent adults who want to turn lived-experience into skilled support for self advocacy and to raise well supported children.

  • Leaders and Professionals who are done with toxic leadership and learning frameworks and want to become better leaders and managers.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and provide outpatient mental health therapy. I met Danielle in 2024, and I was immediately impressed by her professionalism, wisdom, and the desire that she has to change the way that neurodivergent individuals are viewed and supported in today’s society. Due to this, I decided to participate in the ND Coaching Academy. After going through three different universities to obtain my Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degree, it became very apparent that there was a deficit in training and education regarding neurodivergence. Even being AuDHD myself, I had a strong desire to take this course to further my skillset to best support neurodivergent clients in the way that they deserve. Danielle has been a phenomenal resource and goes above and beyond to explain all things ND. Learning more about executive functioning, different presentations of ADHD, autism, and ADHD, communication styles, and how to build trust and rapport most effectively has been especially useful to me. NeuroCoaching Academy is a course that I would highly recommend to anyone in the profession, whether it be coaches, students, therapists, social workers, etc, because it is so important to be informed to produce the best outcomes in the neurodivergent individuals that we serve.

I’m a former special and early childhood educator and neurodivergent mom to two. I was connected to Danielle through a mutual friend whom she mentors. Danielle brings a wealth of experience and credibility to the ND Coaching Academy’s training. It has been full of valuable information for coaches, parents, educators, therapists, and others. Not only does it cover content, insight, and research-based facts, but it’s also a reminder of what the focus of each coaching session should be: the client. The weekly classes cover different topics and provide helpful suggestions on how to best support an individual with brain-based differences (ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD), which can vary greatly from session to session and person to person. Overall, I recommend taking this course, whether it’s to learn how to better care for yourself, a family member, friend, or client. You will walk away with the tools and the confidence to make a difference!
